First, we use a Speech to Text service to convert human voice into written words. Then we generate summaries, and extract themes and insights using transformers and machine learning-based models.

The client sends us an audio file.
The audio is transcribed using Speech to Text technology
The text is then processed to extract a summary, keywords and relevant topics.
Translation. The translation of the summarised audio files is carried out, if necessary, by native translators.
A recording of the summarised audio file is also possible.
